14374-1 Senior Product Manager
-This is £88 per hour Inside IR35 Umbrella (£704 per day), 40 hours per week -This is a freelance contract for 6 months initially, with a view to extend -Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Manchester office

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Extensive experience (5-8 years) in product management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex products or portfolios
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft and communicate a clear product vision
- Expertise in developing long-term roadmaps and aligning multiple teams and stakeholders around common goals
- Data fluency with a solid understanding of KPIs, experimentation, and data analysis to inform product decisions
- Customer-centric mindset, adept at uncovering user needs through research and translating insights into actionable outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating organisational complexity and managing expectations at all levels
- Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure seamless product delivery

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with sophisticated analytical or experimentation techniques
- Knowledge of user experience design principles
- Involvement in community contributions, mentorship, or cross-team knowledge sharing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, with exposure to organisational and technical complexities
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies
- Willingness to contribute to community initiatives and internal training programs
- Comfort in engaging with leadership and external partners
