The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (Learning Experience) to join our growing product and design team, to help drive the strategy for rapidly growing, retaining, and monetisation of the TryHackMe user base.
This role will lead the Learning Experience squad, with the goal of making the core learning experience even better for our users, and bringing new advancements in cybersecurity training to the product with a strong innovation mindset.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with a background in education to take on significant ownership of a strategic product area, bridging pedagogical expertise with product innovation.
Responsibilities are likely to include:
- Conduct product discovery and research combining qualitative methods with deep behavioural and usage data, to deeply understand user needs for your area of the product.
- Own and evolve the vision and strategy for creating a world class learning experience in cybersecurity, including where AI can meaningfully enhance it.
- Define when the AI suggests, when it automates, and when it stays silent, and ship the affordances that make this obvious to users.
- Work closely with design, using AI tools to rapidly prototype and ideate new ideas to improve the learning experience.
- Define product requirements for AI-first features and partner with engineering to bring them to life.
- Partner directly with the founders and leadership team to shape concepts and influence company-level product strategy.
- Lead the cross-functional squad end-to-end, ensuring sprints are well planned and delivered on schedule.
- Lead multiple projects in parallel with different stakeholders driving development and product validation.
- Design and run AB experiments to test ideas and validate assumptions.
- Represent Learning Experience in company-wide roadmap planning and reporting to leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
