Description

The Senior Product Manager – Luxury Cooking is our pivotal product champion responsible for leading the development and lifecycle of product innovation to drive growth across our core luxury brands — Viking, AGA, and La Cornue.

This role identifies high-impact innovation opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy, evolving consumer needs, and market trends, and deliver differentiated value propositions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, consumer-focused product leader who combines business acumen, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership to deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Category & Portfolio Strategy: Lead category lifecycle management, product roadmap development and portfolio strategy across Ranges, Cooktops and Built-in to drive sustainable growth across core brands.
  • Drive Category, Competitor & Consumer Insights: Translate consumer research, market trends, competitor analysis into actionable product strategies, differentiated propositions and future-state roadmap priorities.
  • Champion End-to-End NPI: Lead NPI development and champion the tollgate process from project definition, proposition development, portfolio and PIPO strategy, and business case validation to launch management and post-launch optimization.
  • Own Portfolio P&L & Cost Management: Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to manage portfolio-level revenue, margin, cost, and investment assumptions, ensuring innovation decisions are commercially robust and aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Lifecycle Management & Transitions: Lead portfolio and line reviews to define phase-in/phase-out plans, including assortment decisions, inventory transitions, last-time buys, replacement mapping, customer communication, and end-of-life risk mitigation.
  • Launch Management: Partners closely with Brand Marketing to develop compelling product positioning, launch strategies, sales enablement, and training that ensure successful product introductions and sustained business growth.
  • Define Channel-Product Strategy: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align product assortment, positioning, launch priorities to enable channel growth.
  • Post-Launch Hyper Care: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, gross margin, market share, and customer satisfaction, recommending improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Innovation Management, or related roles.
  • Experience leading new product development from concept through commercialization.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience in consumer appliances or durables preferred.
