We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager to join our client’s Product team, based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The Product Manager will be responsible for a range of products throughout their entire lifecycle. They will oversee product creation, development, implementation, and continuous evolution, with a strong focus on maximising product monetisation, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
This is a hybrid position, and all applicants must be willing and able to commute to our client’s office in Bracknell a minimum of three to four days per week, in accordance with our client’s hybrid working policy.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfilling the Product Owner role during product sprints
- Collating items for refinement
- Prioritising the product backlog
- Making product design decisions
- Ensuring product changes align with our client’s overall business strategy
- Resolving conflicts relating to customer priorities and escalations
- Collaborating with other departments
- Providing product knowledge to our client’s Sales and Solutions Consulting teams to support bids
- Sharing delivery timeframes with our client’s Project Management team
- Liaising with our client’s Engineering team to ensure that bug priorities are clearly understood
- Keeping customers informed
- Hosting monthly webinars to share product news and updates with customers
- Presenting quarterly product roadmaps
- Organising quarterly user forums
- Holding ad hoc meetings with customers to communicate the product vision

About you

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
- At least five years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist, including specific experience with product lifecycles and design processes
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience within the IT, cloud, or communications industry would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
- The ability to interpret customer requirements and consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills
