We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, and execution across these products, translating client needs, market insights, technical considerations, and business priorities into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership, using strong technical knowledge to improve adoption, retention, pricing, packaging, margin, and client outcomes across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Ownership
- Develop and maintain strategy and roadmaps for Managed Magento, Managed Shopware, and InterWorx based on client needs, market opportunities, competition, technical considerations, and company priorities.
- Define target segments, needs, value propositions, positioning, priorities, investments, trade-offs, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Lead decisions within delegated authority based on client value, business opportunity, feasibility, operational considerations, and resources.
- Guide plan structure, service tiers, add-ons, upgrade paths, licensing, and end-to-end client experience.
- Maintain clear differentiation across Magento, Shopware, and InterWorx and manage versions, end-of-life planning, deprecations, upgrades, and migrations.
Technical Product Leadership
- Maintain working knowledge of Varnish, Redis/Valkey, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, PHP-FPM, MySQL/MariaDB, Nginx, caching, message queues, and cron/queue workers.
- Translate technical capabilities and constraints into product requirements and decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure on feasibility, architecture, capacity, performance, security, reliability, operational risk, configurations, sizing, plan limits, and managed-service boundaries.
- Connect architecture to storefront performance, checkout reliability, stability under load, and user experience.
- Monitor Adobe, Shopware, and open-source roadmaps and assess impacts on strategy, support, costs, performance, reliability, scalability, and client experience.
InterWorx Product Leadership
- Lead InterWorx strategy and roadmap planning as an internal platform component and commercially licensed product.
- Maintain an informed view of the control panel market, licensing models, competition, and needs of hosting providers, resellers, agencies, and administrators.
- Balance internal platform and external licensee priorities, supporting evaluation, onboarding, adoption, retention, positioning, and commercial performance.
Product and Business Performance
- Use client, market, operational, and financial data to inform pricing, packaging, adoption, attach rate, conversion, retention, expansion, and margin decisions.
- Develop business cases considering client value, market opportunity, financial impact, infrastructure/licensing costs, operational needs, risks, and resources.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders on commercial decisions and understand impacts on unit economics, including server density, resource consumption, licensing, and support costs.
- Monitor agreed measures and recommend changes to improve product and business performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
