The Opportunity
We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join our product organisation. You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and launching entirely new product opportunities that expand our offering and unlock future growth for the business.
As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll operate as an internal founder, working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, patient needs, market trends, and technology. You’ll drive initiatives exploring new clinical conditions, services, or business models - from discovery and validation through to launching MVPs and making scale or pivot decisions. Your work will shape the future direction of our platform and ensure we continue delivering innovative, high-quality care to patients.
This role offers a rare opportunity to act as a founder within a fast-growing business, with resources and support to explore high-potential ideas. If you thrive in ambiguity, love zero-to-one product challenges, and are passionate about transforming healthcare, this is the perfect role for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
