Senior Product Manager
£57,500 - £66,000 + Benefits
Hybrid working
UK Locations - Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, and London
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital products and services within public sector and regulated environments. You will be responsible for defining product vision, shaping strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of user-centred services that create measurable outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership, you will translate business and user needs into clear roadmaps and priorities while driving continuous improvement through agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value digital products and services.
- Engage stakeholders to understand objectives and translate these into prioritised backlogs.
- Champion user-centred design and data-driven decision making.
- Facilitate workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Remove barriers to delivery and enable teams to focus on outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve delivery and service outcomes.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within Government, Healthcare, or other regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to balance user needs, business priorities, policy, governance, and security requirements.
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
- Knowledge of GDS Service Standards, NHS Service Standards, or similar digital delivery frameworks.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and service improvement initiatives.
- Ability to use data, evidence, and user insight to drive product decisions and prioritisation.
