Aristocrat, a global leader in gaming content and technology, is searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead our digital content platform ecosystem. You will have a central role in developing, delivering, and managing our top-tier online slots content, ensuring seamless delivery and innovation.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide the planning and progress of our Game Development Kit (GDK), Remote Gaming Server (RGS), Jackpot platforms, and associated features. You will work closely with groups such as technology teams, game studios, and commercial leaders. Your aim is to turn strategic goals into a practical and efficient yearly roadmap.

What You'll Do
- Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for Aristocrat’s Digital Content Platform portfolio.
- Guide the strategic direction for GDK, RGS, Jackpot platforms, and connected content creation capabilities.
- Align platform strategy with the priorities of the Digital organization, game studios, and the wider Aristocrat enterprise.
- Find opportunities to improve content quality, development efficiency, speed to market, scalability, and innovation through platform investment.
- Establish clear product goals, outcomes, and success measures for the platform portfolio.
- Partner with the Alabs technology team to build and deliver the annual and quarterly roadmap.
- Ensure the highest-priority initiatives are well defined, appropriately sequenced, and delivered on time.
- Provide clear product requirements, business context, priorities, and acceptance criteria to technology and delivery teams.
- Lead trade-off decisions and proactively manage roadmap risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Act as the main product liaison for game studios engaging with digital content platform features.
- Act as the primary representative for Digital Content Platforms throughout Aristocrat.

What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years of experience in the iGaming sector in a product role.
- Proven experience defining product strategy and owning roadmaps for complex technology or platform products.
- Strong knowledge of online slots content creation, studio workflows, platform dependencies, and the requirements of game development teams.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering or technology organizations to deliver complex roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, make clear trade-offs, and maintain delivery focus across competing demands.
- Strong commercial and customer focus, with the ability to connect platform investment to measurable business and studio outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaborator coordination skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex platform topics to senior and non-technical audiences.
- A persuasive, cooperative leadership style and the ability to establish trust across dispersed teams.
- AI proficient, with practical experience using AI tools and applying AI-first thinking to product delivery, decision-making, and efficiency.
- Analytical, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and incomplete information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technology, or a similar area, or equivalent relevant experience.
