V7
At V7, we’re building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. Our mission is to turn human knowledge into trustworthy AI, making complex tasks faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’re growing fast, backed by leading investors and AI pioneers (including the minds behind Transformers and Gemini).
The Product
V7 Go helps teams turn complex, repeatable work into AI workflows they can run, review, and improve. Built for private markets, insurance, and real estate, it supports investment diligence, underwriting, claims review, and portfolio reporting—from analyzing documents and data to generating deliverables and updating connected systems.
Your experts define how the work should be done. V7 combines reusable Skills, shared company knowledge, and configurable workflows, with citations, audit logs, and human review to help teams verify results and control key decisions. It supports models including GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Build workflows around your processes. Configure each stage, choose models and tools, and set review steps where human judgment matters. Teams can inspect sources, correct outputs, and refine workflows over time.
- Give every workflow your firm’s knowledge. The Context Graph connects documents, entities, relationships, and source evidence, creating institutional memory that teams and agents can draw on.
- Turn analysis into work your team can use. Generate editable memos, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, and connect workflows to the tools your business already uses.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Team You’ll Be Joining and the Impact You’ll Have
You’ll own V7 Go. That’s the whole product, not a corner of it, working with engineers, designers, and with the founders close by. Go 4x-ed revenue last year with 160%+ upsell, and we’re running tens of millions of documents through it for customers in finance, insurance, and real estate. What you choose to build next is what decides where that goes.
The product does a lot of different things for a lot of different teams. A big part of the job is having a view on what it should be, and being willing to say no to the rest.
It’s a small product team, so there’s not much process to hide behind. If something’s broken or missing, it’s yours to sort out.
What You’ll Be Doing from Day One
- Owning the roadmap. Deciding what gets built, killing the stuff that doesn’t matter, and shipping continuously rather than in quarterly chunks.
- Working out which problems are actually worth solving. Sales wants one thing, the loudest customer wants another, and the interesting bet is usually neither.
- Defining what good looks like before anything gets built, then checking afterwards whether it landed. Adoption, not shipped tickets.
- Making the trade-off calls. What’s in, what’s out, what’s deliberately a bit rubbish for now, and being able to explain why to whoever asks.
- Writing things down clearly. Decisions, trade-offs, why we said no to something. It’s how a small team stays pointed the same way.
- Keeping the whole thing coherent. Workflows, Context Graph, and chat need to feel like one product rather than three that happen to share a login. Most of the features are self-serve, so if it needs explaining, that’s a product problem.

Who You Are
- You’ve owned a product properly, at a startup or somewhere with a serious product culture. Not running a backlog someone else set.
- You’ve owned a real product area end to end at a startup or a company with a serious product culture. Discovery through launch, not backlog management.
- You’ve built for expert users who know their domain better than you do. B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech, developer tools, data platforms.
- You’re genuinely hands-on with LLMs and agents. You build with them, you have views on what they’re good and bad at, and you can tell a demo from a product.
- You can hold a conversation with engineers about trade-offs without needing everything translated.
- You’re happy without much certainty. Priorities move here more than they would somewhere bigger.
- Opinionated but not precious about it.
V7 champions equality and inclusion because diverse teams build better products. Don't check every box? Apply anyway — we value what makes you unique and will support you through the process, just let our Talent team know how they can help.
