At Basware, we deliver mission-critical cloud solutions that empower organizations to unlock their full potential. Our products are designed to bring clear and compelling value to our customers, and we’re looking for talented and forward-thinking professionals who can help us shape the future of our technology.

Basware is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our AI-native document capture solution. This role covers both the product itself, the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and the AI process behind it: the extraction models, the feedback loop, and the training pipeline that improve accuracy over time. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, sales, and customer success throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native document capture, with a clear view of where competitors are moving and where Basware needs to move faster.
  • Own the AI process end to end: the multi-model extraction architecture with automatic failover, the feedback and training loop, and how field corrections become model improvements.
  • Set the ground truth and accuracy measurement strategy so product accuracy is a measured fact, not a talking point.
  • Apply Basware's Governed Autonomy framework to AI decisions in the product: define the limits and ensure every action stays explainable, auditable, and accountable.
  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners in sales cycles, field visits, and feedback sessions to shape the roadmap and reduce friction to adoption.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive usage and adoption.
  • Track the KPIs that measure this product's contribution to adoption and AI-driven revenue, and use them to inform the roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
