The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead one of the airline industry’s most commercially and environmentally significant digital product areas? easyJet is building world-class operational capabilities, putting data and AI at the heart of our strategy.
As the Senior Product Manager for Optimised Flying, you will own the end-to-end technology vision that connects real-time fuel performance from the flight deck to the ground, closing the gap between best practice and everyday operation.
What You'll Do
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for a broad, complex technology product domain.
- Budget Ownership: Own the product mission budget, securing and efficiently allocating resources to deliver critical roadmap outcomes.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Build trusted relationships with executive leadership across Flight Operations, Ground Ops, Safety, and Engineering.
- Execution & Delivery: Manage the full product lifecycle from user discovery to technical delivery, translating complex operations into prioritized backlogs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary squad of engineers, analysts, and data scientists focused on tangible business value.
- Metrics & Analytics: Track and scale direct impact on key metrics: fuel consumption, operating costs, and carbon emissions against sustainability targets.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all digital, data, and AI features strictly adhere to non-negotiable aviation safety and regulatory standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
