Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United Kingdom.

This is a senior end-to-end product role focused on shaping AI-enabled care pathways and personalized digital health experiences.

You will own a key product area within a configurable digital health platform, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

The role sits at the intersection of product management, healthcare, AI, behavioral science, UX, and data, with a strong focus on creating measurable value for patients and healthcare professionals.

You will translate complex clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical needs into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.

Working across clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational teams, you will help ensure that AI is applied safely, transparently, and with appropriate human oversight.

The environment is fast-paced, agile, international, and highly collaborative, while operating within the expectations of a regulated healthcare context.

This is an opportunity to have significant influence on the evolution of digital health products that support more proactive, personalized, and coordinated care.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product area end to end, covering discovery, problem definition, solution design, delivery, launch, performance measurement, and continuous iteration.
  • Shape and evolve the product roadmap based on user needs, business priorities, evidence, technology opportunities, and regulatory considerations.
  • Continuously assess the digital health and technology landscape by benchmarking relevant solutions, monitoring emerging innovations, and identifying market trends and best practices.
  • Translate complex clinical, behavioral, operational, and technical challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Validate user needs, pain points, adoption barriers, and opportunities across patient and healthcare professional experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, engineering, design, regulatory, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, coherent, scalable, and evidence-informed.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and personalization to improve care journeys, engagement, decision-making, and behavioral outcomes.
  • Ensure responsible AI principles are incorporated into product decisions, including human oversight, patient safety, privacy, consent, transparency, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate product, clinical, behavioral, AI, technical, and operational risks and dependencies.
  • Use qualitative feedback, behavioral insights, product analytics, and performance data to measure outcomes and continuously improve the product experience.
  • Translate strategic priorities, user needs, evidence, and technical considerations into a clearly prioritized backlog.
  • Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements to support effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent product documentation throughout the software development lifecycle to support traceability, regulatory requirements, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Make high-impact product trade-offs while balancing user value, clinical needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, safety, and compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
