Role: Senior Product Manager - Partner Algorithms

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Model: Hybrid

Compensation: £90,000 – £125,000 per year + Bonus & Equity Options

About the Role

On behalf of our client—a leading global online delivery and marketplace platform—we are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Partner Algorithms based in London. In this high-impact product leadership role, you will lead the algorithmic matching, partner ranking, and dispatch intelligence platforms that connect millions of consumer orders with tens of thousands of restaurant and grocery partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for partner ranking, dispatch matching algorithms, and kitchen prep-time prediction models.
  • Partner with machine learning scientists, data engineers, and operations teams to deploy predictive models that optimize order fulfillment speed and partner fairness.
  • Design and run large-scale A/B experiments and marketplace simulations to quantify algorithmic improvements on GMV, conversion, and retention.
  • Translate complex algorithmic concepts and machine learning outputs into intuitive operational levers and partner-facing product features.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial leaders to balance marketplace marketplace supply, merchant visibility, and consumer demand dynamics.
  • Track and report core algorithm KPIs, including partner acceptance rate, delivery wait times, and fulfillment accuracy to executive leadership.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, author comprehensive PRDs, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading data-intensive, algorithmic, or machine learning products.
  • Deep conceptual understanding of machine learning algorithms, recommendation systems, ranking engines, and optimization theory.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with hands-on ability to query data (SQL) and interpret statistical experiment results.
  • Proven track record shipping complex algorithmic features that drove measurable commercial and operational impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, capable of bridging technical data science squads with commercial executives.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Fluent in English.
