You will play a key role in shaping and executing our product vision in the payments space. You will manage multiple product streams related to payments, finance, and loyalty, working closely with engineering, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically savvy product leader who thrives on digging into the minutiae of product development and decision-making. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with limited up-to-date documentation and high expectations for making independent decisions quickly. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to own every product detail, maintain prioritization clarity, and engage all stakeholders effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
