Why loveholidays?

We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.

Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.

The difference you’ll make

You’ll sit within the Shopping team, reporting to the Lead Product Manager. The Shopping team turns travel supply into accurate, commercially optimised, bookable and payable holidays. It provides shared data and services that help customers, teams and partners make better selling decisions.

On the payments side, you’ll work closely with Engineering and Commercial Payments to own product strategy and delivery for the Payments platform. Together, the team will make it easier for other teams to offer, operate and improve payments without rebuilding the same logic in each customer journey. You will:

  • Build a flexible international payments platform: Define the shared services, data and APIs that meet local customer and market needs, while allowing payment methods to be launched and managed consistently across markets and customer journeys
  • Create reliable foundations: Improve the payment data, provider integrations and fraud controls that keep payments secure, dependable and easier to manage
  • Make payment methods easier to launch: Help teams configure, test and release supported methods safely, with less engineering work and clearer ownership
  • Enable payment optimisation at scale: Provide shared data and platform capabilities that help teams improve payment success and offer relevant payment methods across markets and journeys. Apply AI to improve insight and enable responsible automation where it delivers measurable value

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your day-to-day:

  • Working with your lead engineer and stakeholders to set the Payments vision, roadmap and success measures
  • Working with market experts, commercial teams and Customer Product teams to understand payment needs. Provide data to inform their decisions and translate agreed requirements into reusable platform capabilities
  • Exposing reliable payment data and provider insights so teams can understand failures, drop-off, acceptance rates and customer pain points. Work with those teams to prioritise the platform improvements needed to improve payment performance
  • Leading delivery: Lead work across payment services, provider integrations, payment data, configuration and fraud controls. Keep the platform straightforward for other teams to use
  • Working directly with payment providers and aggregators to solve issues, evaluate new capabilities and hold partners to the standards customers need
  • Explaining trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building agreement on decisions that span several teams

Your skillset:

  • Platform product experience: You have owned a technical, API-led, data-rich or internal platform product that is used by more than one team or customer journey and involves a payments ecosystem
  • Systems thinking: You can understand how payment data, provider integrations, customer journeys, commercial rules and operational processes fit together, then turn that into reusable product capabilities
  • Technical fluency: You can work closely with engineers on APIs, integration patterns, data models, reliability, observability, security and migration work. You do not need to be an engineer, but you can make sound product trade-offs with them
  • Payments and commercial judgement: You understand the payment ecosystem and how method availability, payment success, fraud, cost and customer trust affect growth
  • Data-led problem solving: You are comfortable using data to investigate problems, define useful measures and judge whether a change is improving payment performance
  • Customer empathy: You understand that payments can be stressful, especially when people are making high-value holiday purchases or managing payments after booking. You use this to advocate for clear, dependable journeys
  • Strong delivery and communication: You can lead complex work through ambiguity, make priorities clear and bring technical, commercial and operational stakeholders with you. You deliver iteratively, focusing each step on meaningful value while keeping the team aligned to a clear long-term direction
  • AI literacy: You use AI tools confidently and can demonstrate their impact. You understand their strengths and limitations and can apply them responsibly to improve your work and payment capabilities
