Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our ever evolving Payouts team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Payouts is a ~$300T market globally and expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. We are looking someone who is ready to upscale how Global Payments can move money for our ~6M customers.
As a Senior Product Manager you will take responsibility of strategy, roadmap and execution on key value added services that span across each line of business. You will be experienced in product development and integration of geographically expansive money movement experiences, and will be skilled in owning complex end to end change delivery.
What You’ll Own
- Product Strategy and Vision: develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the core value added services spanning all customer segments – from SMBs to Global Enterprises
- Product Outcomes: define success metrics, analyse performance and customer insights, and use data to drive improvements in customer experience
- Execution and Adoption: partner with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives, enabling reliable, scalable and lovable payout experiences
- Market Research: stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the payouts ecosystem, identifying opportunities for product differentiation

What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
- 5 years + Product experience
- Strong understanding of payments and payouts customer experience
- Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments
- Tenacity in your goals, insatiable curiosity for knowledge and a passion for celebrating success
