You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, and regional organizations to deliver competitive, high-performing products that support Fluence's long-term growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic product leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and enjoys influencing decisions across a global organization.

- Define product priorities based on customer requirements, market trends, competitive insights, technology developments, and regional needs.
- Align PCS product plans with Fluence's overall product and technology strategy.

- Partner with Engineering teams to define product capabilities, performance targets, and roadmap deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Quality, Service, and regional teams.
- Act as the primary Product Management interface between the PCS portfolio and Fluence's system-level products.
- Support customer-facing and commercial teams with product expertise, positioning, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to develop sourcing strategies and evaluate supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, quality, cost, and availability.
- Manage PCS products throughout their lifecycle, from product definition and development through launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
- Drive initiatives focused on standardization, product simplification, cost reduction, and continuous performance improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
