About Nscale

Nscale is taking on the hyperscalers by building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform. We own the data centres, software, and applications that power today's AI stack using sustainable technology solutions. We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Collaboration is key, and we work together swiftly and respectfully, embracing adaptability and resilience in all we do.

About The Role

Product Managers at Nscale own the definition, delivery, and ongoing evolution of a part of the Nscale cloud platform. You partner closely with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to translate customer problems and business goals into shippable product outcomes. PMs work across the full breadth of the Nscale cloud, from core infrastructure primitives to managed platform services, developer experience, and internal tools, wherever product leverage is needed.

As a Senior Product Manager, you operate at team scope. In this role, you will own a major area of the cloud platform and drive end-to-end projects, from problem framing through launch and iteration, delivered within the EU and tailored to the needs of European customers and regulatory requirements. Equally central to the role is a deep grounding in cloud and platform technologies, with a particular focus on things such as security, compliance, and cryptography, which sit at the heart of how Nscale earns the trust of European customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for a significant part of the cloud platform within your team.
  • Lead end-to-end, cross-functional projects across the EU, from problem framing through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Deliver product outcomes that meet the needs of European customers, including data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements.
  • Embed security, compliance, and cryptography into your product area, ensuring platform technologies meet the highest standards.
  • Drive meaningful ambiguity: clarify unclear problem statements, align stakeholders, and define what "done" looks like.
  • Partner with design and research to shape deep product experiences and validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources.
  • Mentor junior product managers and raise the quality bar for PRDs, reviews, and product decisions across the team.
  • Represent your product area in planning, reviews, and leadership updates.
  • Define and drive the metrics that matter for your area.

What You Need

  • 5–8 years of product management experience in software or technology, with a track record of owning significant product areas.

  • Strong familiarity with cloud and platform technologies, with a focus on security, compliance, and cryptography.
  • Demonstrated ability to move from an ambiguous problem space to shipped product outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading peers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex product decisions legible to a broad audience.
