Yara - Senior Product Manager

We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.

About Yara

Yara aims to grow a nature-positive food future and leads the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to address global agricultural challenges. With a worldwide presence in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees, we collaborate to solve resource scarcity, food insecurity, and environmental change—profitably and responsibly.

Digital Ag Solutions and Yara Europe

Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition expertise, Yara established its Digital Solutions unit to leverage technology to improve farmer livelihoods and productivity. We build products for farmers, retailers, and ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe. In Region Europe (YFSE), we are creating digital products and services that deliver value across the agricultural ecosystem. Join us in shaping solutions that responsibly feed the world and protect the planet.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and execution of part of commercial and agronomical solutions for Yara Europe. This role is part of the Digital Team and works closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive digital product strategy, delivery, and adoption.

You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from defining customer needs and setting strategic direction to delivering impactful features and continuously optimizing performance. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Turn ambiguity into solutions. Take on open-ended customer and business challenges (e.g., how to increase the share of returning users by X%). Frame the problem, use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, and propose and test solutions that move the metric.
  • Own the product end-to-end. Lead the product from discovery through launch and iteration, and own its outcomes after release. Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences and robust, scalable solutions.
  • Navigate a complex platform landscape. Understand how all the pieces fit together (application, backend services, APIs, CRM and other commercial systems, data, and third-party integrations) and make sound trade-offs on scope, dependencies, technical debt, and scalability.
  • Define and drive the product direction. Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key domain within our farmer and retailer portfolio, aligned with business priorities and customer outcomes and grounded in delivery reality.
  • Coordinate across countries. Act as the main product counterpart for country and regional teams: gather and prioritize local requirements, balance them against a common platform, and plan and manage localization and country rollouts.
  • Align stakeholders at every level. Keep regional business, central technology, commercial, agronomy, and senior leadership informed on progress, risks, and decisions, and lead the prioritization discussions that keep delivery moving.
  • Manage dependencies and risk. Plan across multiple teams and vendors, spot blockers early and resolve them, and escalate with clear options when needed.
  • Measure and improve. Define, track, and act on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, reward redemption, sales accepted leads), translating insights into product improvements and growth opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
