Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue based in United Kingdom.
This is a senior product leadership role owning the Pricing & Revenue domain across a complex global travel marketplace. You will be accountable for the commercial outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions that determine how supply is distributed, priced, and monetized. The role combines product strategy with deep analytical and commercial problem-solving across pricing, supply, distribution, connectivity, and margin. You will work closely with engineering and other teams to turn complex marketplace dynamics into practical product decisions. The environment is highly autonomous and fast-moving, with short feedback loops and significant ownership over experimentation and execution. You will also contribute to the development of a growing product organization and help shape products operating at global scale.
Accountabilities
The Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Revenue will own the Pricing & Revenue domain as both a product and business area, driving measurable outcomes across pricing, supply selection, distribution, and monetization. Key responsibilities include:
- Own the Pricing & Revenue product domain end to end, including outcomes, economics, priorities, roadmap, and product decisions.
- Define success metrics and establish clear commercial and product objectives for the domain.
- Determine how hotel supply should be selected and distributed across hundreds of supplier connections.
- Develop pricing and margin strategies across customers, suppliers, markets, and booking contexts.
- Identify opportunities to improve take rate, revenue, competitiveness, and overall marketplace economics.
- Analyze complex interactions between pricing, supply, distribution, connectivity, and monetization.
- Use data and commercial insights to identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and guide product decisions.
- Work closely with engineering teams on technically complex products and real-time supplier connectivity.
- Explore how distribution decisions can be separated from technical constraints associated with synchronous supplier queries.
- Design, prioritize, and evaluate experiments to validate product and commercial hypotheses.
- Move quickly from ideas to testing and implementation while maintaining accountability for measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities arising from marketplace dynamics, customer needs, and operational data.
- Help establish and evolve product practices, decision-making frameworks, and ways of working within a growing product organization.
- Contribute to the development of products and systems designed to operate at significant global scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
