Senior Product Manager | 12-Month Contract | Inside IR35
Location: Taunton (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, performance and lifecycle of a portfolio of products within a complex, customer-focused environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working across multiple stakeholder groups to drive innovation, growth and customer value.
What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and delivering portfolio strategy aligned to wider business objectives
- Leading the full product lifecycle from discovery through to retirement
- Developing business cases and securing investment for new product initiatives
- Managing portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability and growth targets
- Working closely with research, development, operations, marketing and customer-facing teams to prioritise product enhancements and new product development
- Using customer insights, market analysis and competitor intelligence to inform decision making
- Leading and developing a team of Product Managers
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring products remain competitive within evolving markets

Essential Experience
- 5+ years Product Management/Product Marketing experience
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management
- Proven ability to develop and deliver product strategy

- Commercially focused with a customer-first approach
- Confident making decisions in complex environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Collaborative leadership style
- Able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
