Senior Product Manager (API) London / WFH

Are you an experienced, tech savvy Product Manager?
You could be progressing your career in a hands-on role, working on complex and challenging systems as part of a supportive team with flexible working at a global FinTech. As a Senior Product Manager you'll own the product strategy and roadmap, driving innovation across algo execution, venue connectivity, APIs and real-time market data. Collaborating with traders, brokers, exchanges and technical stakeholders, you'll turn complex trading challenges into scalable products that drive adoption and revenue.
What you'll do:
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a global trading platform and API
- Lead algorithmic trading and execution capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and commercial performance
- Drive integration with execution venues, exchanges, brokers and market data providers, ensuring reliable, low-latency connectivity
- Work closely with engineers and technical clients on APIs, protocols, trading workflows and system architecture
- Act as a subject matter expert across algo trading, execution strategies and market connectivity
- Engage directly with traders and clients to understand needs, test ideas and validate product-market fit
- Translate strategy into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, driving delivery through Agile teams
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Support to accelerate adoption and time-to-market
- Use data and commercial insight to prioritise opportunities and identify new revenue streams

Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days a week in the City offices, when there you can you enjoy a range of facilities including large kitchen, café and all the latest kit to work on.
About you:
- You have strong experience as a Senior Product Manager within trading technology or financial markets
- You have a strong understanding of algorithmic trading, execution workflows and trading platforms
- You have a good technical understanding and can work confidently with engineers discussing APIs, integrations, protocols and technical architecture
- You have a strong commercial mindset with experience translating technology into client value and revenue opportunities
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with traders, developers, clients and senior leadership
- You're data-driven, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can build, test and iterate
