Senior Product Manager | 0-1 New Bets | Enterprise SaaS & AI | London (Series B)
£90-120k + equity

Backed by top tier global VC's, the company has raised over $70M and continue to grow their ARR and team fast. The platform is already trusted by global organisations and they are not now hiring a Head of Product to lead a new bets vertical.
Role responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and execution across a major product area
- Hire, coach and develop a team of high-performing PMs
- Drive product planning and decision-making across Eng, Design and GTM
- Ensure teams are shipping quickly while maintaining high product quality
- Work closely with customers and commercial teams to shape the roadmap
- Help evolve product culture, processes and operating principles as the company scales

Experience required:
- 5+ years in Product
- Strong product strategy skills & commercial acumen
- Experience building or scaling products in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Experience working with highly complex B2B SaaS products
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A strong product sense and obsession with quality
