The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead platform product strategy within a complex, consumer-facing digital business.

This is a strategic leadership role combining platform vision, roadmap ownership and people management. You will be responsible for shaping the underlying capabilities, architecture and foundations that enable multiple product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive commercial growth.

Managing a team of two Product Managers, you will provide direction, coaching and support while remaining closely involved in strategic decision-making, prioritisation and the evolution of the wider platform.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a business undergoing continued technology transformation, balancing long-term platform investment with the immediate needs of a commercially driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define platform strategy: Own and evolve the platform vision, ensuring it supports the wider business strategy and long-term product ambitions.
  • Own the roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap, balancing technical investment, business priorities and opportunities for innovation.
  • Lead and develop a team: Manage, mentor and support two Product Managers, helping them develop their capabilities and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Drive platform modernisation: Lead the evolution of established technology and product foundations, improving scalability, flexibility and effectiveness.
  • Enable product teams: Identify opportunities to develop shared capabilities, tools and reusable components that allow teams to deliver more efficiently.
  • Manage competing priorities: Balance the needs of multiple product and commercial teams, making informed decisions about investment and prioritisation.
  • Influence stakeholders: Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Technology and Commercial teams to align priorities and drive progress.
  • Deliver commercial value: Ensure platform investments translate into measurable business benefits while supporting ongoing product delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
