What You'll Do

- Work closely with lawyers, litigation teams, legal technology professionals and other customers to understand workflows, pain points and emerging needs.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Partner with UX and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Use customer research, product data and market insight to prioritise initiatives and make informed product decisions.
- Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve legal workflows, including case analysis, evidence management, transcripts, hearings and preparation.
- Work closely with engineering and AI specialists to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new capabilities.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, implementation and client success teams to ensure new products deliver measurable customer and business value.
- Communicate product vision, priorities and progress clearly to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Manage multiple initiatives in a complex, enterprise-focused environment.
- Continuously monitor product performance, adoption and customer feedback and use these insights to improve the product.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
