Imagine stepping into a role where you hold the keys to the front door of our digital growth engine. As our Senior Product Manager for customer acquisition and research, you’ll lead the top-of-funnel experience—crafting the very first impressions for small business owners as they land on our pages, research their insurance needs, and begin their journey with us.

What makes this role different? You aren’t just managing a standard funnel; you are pioneering the next generation of online sales experiences. Operating in an agile, cross-functional value stream, you’ll have the license to experiment, obsess over conversion optimisation, and leverage emerging AI and Generative AI technologies to completely reimagine how complex products feel to the consumer. It’s the perfect blend of deep data strategy, customer empathy, and cutting-edge tech.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving vision and roadmap: Own the discovery, delivery, and roadmap for our online sales journey, ensuring we constantly optimise our conversion flows and unlock new audiences.
  • Pioneering AI experiences: Proactively champion and integrate novel technologies like AI and GenAI to build highly personalised, flexible, and intuitive landing and research experiences.
  • Obsessing over the customer: Champion user-centered design to turn complex, misunderstood insurance products into a seamless, hassle-free online purchase journey.
  • Fostering a test-and-learn culture: Lead a "Build, Measure, Learn" environment, driving continuous experimentation and taking accountability for key conversion-to-purchase OKRs.
  • Collaborating across disciplines: Partner closely with engineering, data analytics, design, marketing, and insurance product teams to align everyone behind a shared, high-impact goal.
  • Balancing tech and business: Use your sharp commercial and technical judgment to make data-driven trade-offs, balancing delivery speed with high-quality user experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Data-driven and analytical: You live in the data, using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau to back up your decisions and shape a robust product strategy.
  • A natural collaborator and influencer: You can seamlessly unite cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders around a singular, inspiring mission.
  • An inspirational leader: You lead by example, motivate your team through complex challenges, and know how to strike the perfect balance between design, technical, and commercial trade-offs.
