The Role

This is a design leadership and craft role, not a delivery role. Reporting into a Head of Product function within the Consumer & Brand team, you will own the global Search & Discovery experience, defining how customers find, explore and engage with the brand across digital and physical touchpoints, spanning search, navigation, discovery and how this is supported through retail, campaigns, content and emerging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global Search & Discovery experience, defining the product strategy, customer value proposition and roadmap across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Set the vision and principles for discovery, translating customer needs, market context and data into focused priorities while ensuring consistent, differentiated and premium experiences across channels.
  • Drive continuous product improvement, optimising search relevance, navigation, merchandising logic and discovery journeys through experimentation, testing and iteration.
  • Lead innovation and emerging technology, exploring and scaling new capabilities including AI powered search, recommendations, conversational interfaces and innovations from start up ecosystems.
  • Build a connected, insight led discovery ecosystem, partnering with Experience Design, Technology, Data, Retail, Commercial and markets, while role modelling the practical use of AI in product thinking and leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
