What You'll Be Doing
Corpay is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Online Platform to act as a key contributor to the strategy, roadmap management, delivery, GTM, adoption monitoring, and maintenance of account-centric features across our customer-facing payments and FX platform. This role will work closely with commercial and external stakeholders to build a deep understanding of customer challenges—particularly those related to managing and reconciling accounts—then collaborate with design and engineering to leverage that understanding into scalable, commercially impactful solutions.
This role will primarily own account-related platform capabilities, including account management, transaction reporting, balance visibility, statements, reconciliation workflows, and related customer experiences.
The Senior Product Manager will serve as the bridge across stakeholders to ensure feature delivery aligns with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes. This individual will own discovery, prioritization, execution oversight, and post-launch performance measurement and adjustments across multiple product initiatives.
You will report directly to the Product Lead - Payments and collaborate with Engineering, QA, Sales, Operations, Commercial, Customer Success, and Product Design teams.

Role & Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Support maintenance of the online platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Prioritize initiatives and features based on business value, ROI, customer impact, technical feasibility, and level of effort
- Establish shared vision and alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams
- Translate strategic business goals into actionable product initiatives and delivery plans
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner closely with business and commercial stakeholders to understand customer pain points, operational challenges, and market demands
- Conduct ongoing product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, user feedback, analytics, and market research
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and adoption
Product Delivery & Agile Execution
- Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, and release planning activities
- Write and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Drive clarity around scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality expectations

Product Discovery & Competitive Analysis
- Perform competitive analyses and industry research to identify emerging trends, capabilities, and opportunities within the payments ecosystem
- Evaluate market opportunities and develop business cases supporting strategic investments
- Partner with stakeholders to validate concepts, assess feasibility, and define MVP approaches
Product Launch & Adoption
- Lead cross-functional product launches in partnership with Operations, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption targets for product initiatives
- Monitor post-launch performance and adoption
- Establish corrective action plans and optimization strategies when business outcomes or adoption targets are not achieved
Communication & Leadership
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
- Influence decision-making across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management within B2B Payments, FinTech, Corporate Payments, or related financial technology solutions
- Strong experience managing customer-facing digital products with a focus on usability and workflow efficiency
- Experience owning account-based financial products, including transaction reporting, balance management, reconciliation, or related operational workflows preferred
- Experience partnering closely with UX/UI designers, commercial stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric product solutions
- Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on ROI, customer value, business impact, risk, and engineering effort
- Experience leading Agile product development teams using Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support decision-making
