Job Description
Wise is looking for a Product Manager for Customer Behavior & Linking Platform team to join our team in Budapest or London. You'll be responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for a world-class platform that stores and orchestrates user account information.
This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our mission. By enabling teams to build rich user experiences and supporting our operational, risk, and compliance functions, you'll ensure we can deliver on our promise to build a faster, cheaper, and more transparent financial system for everyone.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’re a Product Manager whose mission is to build a global platform which enables mastering intricate behavioral patterns and associations between users, from customer data. This serves as the definitive intelligence layer for fighting financial crime and in developing a deep understanding of customers. Ultimately this enables creating frictionless experience for users on Wise.
- You will lead the creation of a global, scalable behavioral data store architected to map good and bad actors into a comprehensive graph that reveals the visible and hidden associations behind various forms of financial criminals.
- By mastering the intersection of customer data, risky flags, and behavioral signals, you will enable risk teams to visualize illicit connections while providing reliable data needed to automate trust at scale.
- You’ll define the KPIs and product roadmap, translating complex technical challenges into a compelling vision that balances detection accuracy with risks as well as user privacy.
- Your role is to communicate this strategy, ensuring key collaborators understand how behavioral data transforms the risk program.
- You will help bring focus on near-term milestones, keeping the engineering, data science, and other teams aligned on delivering a platform that is both high-performing and scalable across the global business.
- You will act as a key collaborator on deeply technical topics, distilling the complexities of identity resolution into clear strategies that align with Wise’s mission.
- By working closely with growth and operations teams, you’ll ensure the platform provides data and tooling to effectively block bad actors while streamlining the experience for legitimate use cases.
- You own and execute this vision by ensuring that identity-linking engine(s) serve as both a foundational shield and a powerful enabler of user trust.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
