This role owns the roadmap for OneAdvanced's own agentic toolchain, the tools, ways of working and systems moving product and engineering teams to frontier-level agentic development, and for Strawberry Moon, the product that has grown out of that internal capability and is now being taken to market. This role works directly with the team building the toolchain, translating internal adoption learnings into a roadmap that serves two audiences: OneAdvanced's own teams today, and external customers as Strawberry Moon is productised.

This role is advertised as a Birmingham hybrid position. However, we are committed to supporting internal mobility and will consider applications from colleagues with existing alternative working arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

What You Will Do

  • Own the internal agentic build framework and toolchain roadmap.
  • Own the Strawberry Moon roadmap as an externally marketed product, taking it from current implementation to market.
  • Work directly with engineering, translating capability and internal usage learnings into product priorities.
  • Define the ways of working, standards and quality gates internal teams adopt, and evolve them as the toolchain matures.
  • Lead customer and market discovery for Strawberry Moon externally.
  • Build the business case, commercial model and GTM sequencing for taking it to market.
  • Define and track internal adoption and effectiveness metrics to prioritise the roadmap.
  • Own GTM strategy and launch, partnering with marketing, sales and commercial teams.
  • Act as the internal authority on agentic development practice.
  • Define technical debt and platform investment priorities with engineering leadership, balancing internal needs against external readiness.

What You Will Have

  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery and the SDLC, including CI/CD, code review and quality gates, and how agentic development changes each stage.
  • Practical familiarity with agentic coding tools and workflows, such as Claude Code or comparable environments, enough to credibly prioritise with engineering.
  • Experience taking an internal tool to market as an external product, including the commercial, packaging and GTM thinking that requires.
  • Strong developer experience sensibility: what makes tooling genuinely adopted, not mandated.
  • Advanced understanding of AI-enabled and agentic development, and responsible AI considerations for tools that write and ship code.
  • Solid SaaS commercial knowledge, including pricing and packaging, for launching a new product line.
  • Strong stakeholder management across a deeply technical engineering conversation and a commercial, market-facing one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
