Senior Product Manager - Studio Team

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Studio Team based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategy, development, and evolution of a core product experience designed for creators worldwide. You will combine strong product thinking, UX intuition, and execution skills to transform ideas into polished, impactful features. Working closely with engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams, you will guide products from concept through launch and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence a highly visible consumer product while working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will have significant autonomy to experiment, prototype, analyze user needs, and deliver experiences that help millions of people create and share content more effectively.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product direction, roadmap, and execution strategy for the Studio product experience.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery from concept to production.
  • Identify complex user problems and develop simple, elegant solutions that improve the overall product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build, test, and launch impactful features.
  • Work directly with leadership to shape product strategy and make informed decisions on priorities.
  • Explore and prototype new concepts using modern product and design tools to validate ideas quickly.
  • Contribute to production development when needed, working closely with technical teams to accelerate execution.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to validate assumptions, improve features, and continuously enhance the product.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or a similar product-focused role within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience building, launching, and scaling consumer-facing digital products globally.
  • Strong UX intuition with a passion for design quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience turning ambiguous challenges into clear product strategies and actionable plans.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, leadership, and business teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable adapting priorities and operating in dynamic startup environments.
  • Experience with video, streaming, creator tools, or content platforms is considered a strong advantage.
  • Technical understanding or experience contributing directly to product development is a plus.
