About the Company

Affinidi is a technology company dedicated to changing data ownership for good. We empower businesses and individuals with control and ownership of their data, with a comprehensive approach to managing their holistic identity – accounting for all aspects of their digital footprint while ensuring privacy and security.

Affinidi’s technology enables users to benefit from decentralized digital identity solutions. We believe that everyone has the right to own and control their data, and we are committed to creating a trusted digital credentials ecosystem that empowers businesses and individuals to securely exchange data and services across borders and industries.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (Technical) who wants to help define how trust is built into the next generation of AI systems. At Affinidi, we’re building the Trust Fabric product suite to give AI agents verifiable identity, policy guardrails, and real-time observability, so organizations can move from promising proofs of concept to secure, governed production deployments with confidence.

This is a role for builders. You’ll work side by side with engineering to turn ambitious ideas into real, high-impact products, fast, iteratively, and with strong product judgment. You’ll take on complex, ambiguous challenges that don’t come with a playbook, bring structure to what matters, and help the team move with clarity, speed, and conviction. You’ll also collaborate with deeply engaged teams and senior leaders in an environment that expects high standards, values ownership, and gives you the chance to shape meaningful products from the ground up.

If you like combining technical depth, product thinking, and execution, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Shape and deliver solutions: Partner closely with engineers to define and refine solutions early, helping move ideas from concept to production in practical, incremental steps while staying close enough to implementation to understand trade-offs and guide decisions.
  • Drive focused, outcome-oriented delivery: Balance user needs, market context, and execution speed while focusing on getting working solutions into users’ hands for validation, then iterate based on feedback and measurable outcomes.
  • Work through ambiguity: Take ownership of areas where requirements are not fully defined, structure problems into clear, actionable paths forward, and maintain momentum even as direction continues to evolve.
  • Own product direction: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition, align short-term priorities with longer-term platform thinking, and make thoughtful trade-offs that support both delivery and scalability.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders: Work across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, engage effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, and bring alignment and clarity in environments with diverse perspectives.
  • Be developer-obsessed: Understand developer workflows and key pain points, and help improve integration, usability, and the overall product experience.

What we’re looking for

Core experience:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, a strong technical background that lets you engage deeply with engineering topics, hands-on experience working with APIs, systems, and integrations, and a proven track record of delivering products in close collaboration with engineering teams.

Technical depth:

  • You are comfortable understanding how systems are designed and operate in practice, able to engage in technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and evaluate trade-offs, and willing to go into detail when needed by reviewing flows, investigating issues, or clarifying implementation approaches.
