Senior Product Manager, Vessel Projects
As Senior Product Manager, Vessel Projects, you will take ownership of Marcura's dry docking and inspections product area and evolve it into a more connected, data-driven workflow across the wider Marcura ecosystem.
You will be responsible for understanding user needs across vessel technical management, dry dock planning, inspections, approvals, reporting, and project execution. You will identify where the ecosystem can create value, how data should be embedded into the user journey, and how integrations with partner systems can automate intake, outputs, and handoffs as much as possible.
You will work closely with Managed Vessel engineering, product, design, operations, customer-facing teams, and external partners to shape the product direction, define priorities, and drive delivery across the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for dry docking, inspections, and vessel technical project workflows
- Translate customer, operational, and business needs into clear product outcomes and delivery priorities
- Improve how technical project data is captured, structured, reused, and surfaced across the Marcura ecosystem
- Identify automation opportunities across intake, planning, approvals, documentation, reporting, and outputs
- Expand integrations with partner systems to reduce manual work and improve data quality
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and use insights to continuously improve the product
- Work with engineering to turn complex maritime workflows into simple, scalable product experiences
- Collaborate with commercial and customer-facing teams to support discovery, rollout, onboarding, and adoption
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform and ecosystem value
- Champion the use of AI agents and modern automation approaches to simplify workflows for users and internal teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
