Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.

We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

Frontify's brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.

With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we're on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you're ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!

What You’ll Shape

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take full product ownership of Templates and shape the future of scalable, on-brand content creation at Frontify. You'll report to the Group Product Manager for DAM.

The foundations are strong: designers bring their work into Frontify, and other people create from it. The next chapter is where it gets interesting.

We want template updates to propagate under governance, so a design team can change a template centrally and stay in control of how and when that change reaches everything already built from it, with structured approvals along the way. We want templates to personalize themselves from context, pulling product data from a PIM alongside market, audience, and other external sources, so a single template can produce hundreds of on-brand variants across markets and channels. And we want content to adapt across formats without a redesign for each one.

You will own that direction, and you'll decide how automation, APIs, and AI serve it while the creative control brand teams depend on stays intact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you’ll do

  • You own the strategic direction and roadmap for the full Templates surface, from how templates are created and configured to how they produce content at scale across print, digital, video, and channel delivery.
  • You own the integrations that connect Templates to the tools designers already use and you steer the partner-built apps that extend it alongside your own team's delivery.
  • You identify and validate opportunities that improve the experience for both the designers creating templates and the people using them to produce on-brand content.
  • You discover and deliver solutions in close collaboration with your cross-functional product trio, supported by Product Research and Product Marketing.
  • You work closely with other teams across the product organization to ensure Templates integrates naturally with the wider Frontify platform and contributes to a coherent creation experience.
  • In your first year, you'll turn creation at scale from a capability our largest customers own into one they use regularly making active template usage across our strategic accounts a core measure of success.

What you bring

  • You have 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally working on complex B2B SaaS products.
  • You have worked on creative or design tools, design systems, content creation, publishing, or creative automation. Experience in this space is a strong plus.
  • You know how to measure whether a product is succeeding, combining product data, customer insight, and commercial signals to understand adoption, identify friction, and guide investment.
  • You're at home where design, technology, and user experience meet. You can hold a real conversation with designers and engineers about layouts, constraints, reusable components, formats, and how creative content behaves across different contexts.
  • You turn sophisticated capabilities into intuitive experiences, balancing the control expert users want with the simplicity a much broader audience needs.
  • You're comfortable with technical product topics. You don't need to be an engineer, but APIs, structured data, automation, and platform capabilities don't intimidate you, and you can steer work delivered by external partners as confidently as work your own team builds.
  • You think big and implement small, and you bring clarity, judgment, and momentum to ambiguous problems with many stakeholders and dependencies. You hold a point of view, make trade-offs, and welcome being challenged.
