Senior Product Manager – OneITS & OneView | UK Government Contract (via Systems Integrator) | £490/day | BPSS

We're recruiting a Senior Product Manager to own the strategic vision and delivery direction for OneITS and OneView — two interconnected products sitting at the heart of a major UK government department's Income Tax landscape, spanning PAYE, Making Tax Digital (MTD), and Self Assessment.

This is a senior, enterprise-level role for someone who can operate comfortably across strategy, discovery, architecture and governance — translating ambiguity into a clear, deliverable roadmap, and building genuine buy-in from senior stakeholders along the way.

What you'll be doing

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Owning and evolving the strategic vision for OneITS and OneView, aligned to the department's wider business objectives
  • Developing and maintaining product strategies, roadmaps and outcome measures across multiple interconnected products
  • Translating strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes and prioritised opportunities
  • Supporting OneITS guiding principles and target-state propositions
  • Identifying opportunities to reuse existing departmental products and capabilities before commissioning anything new

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
