Contract Senior Product Manager | Outside IR35 | Remote (With occasional UK hub days)
Rate/Duration: c£600pd / 6 Months
I'm looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key platform modernization effort for a major UK impact-driven organization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Dedicated Squad: Partner with a Technical Delivery Manager, Senior BA, and an external software agency.
- Platform Scalability: Modernize cloud telephony (AWS Connect), moving from custom setups to scalable, configurable templates and self-service tools.
- High-Impact Integrations: Drive third-party API projects to automate and streamline workflows for frontline teams.
- Senior Stakeholder Alignment: Report into executive steering groups while keeping delivery agile and user-focused.

💡 Your background:
- AWS Connect / Telephony Experience: Proven track record with cloud contact center platforms.
- Agency Management: Experience steering external partner agencies to deliver against clear product roadmaps.
- Platform & API Background: Solid history launching platform features and third-party integrations from inception to live.
- Tech for Good Mindset: Driven by creating ethical, high-social-impact digital products.
