Ready to shape better digital experiences for millions of customers?

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Holland & Barrett on a 5-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), helping us deliver smarter order fulfilment and simpler, more connected customer experiences.

As we accelerate our digital transformation, you'll lead two important product areas: Order Management Systems (OMS) and Customer Self Serve. You'll have the opportunity to simplify customer journeys, improve how orders are fulfilled and make it easier for customers to manage their experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and shape the product roadmaps for OMS and Customer Self Serve.
  • Improve order routing, fulfilment efficiency and the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Develop intuitive self-service journeys across My Account, order management and customer support.
  • Partner with engineering, Supply Chain and business teams to turn challenges into practical solutions.
  • Prioritise improvements based on customer value, business impact and delivery effort.
  • Support new fulfilment partners and strategic business initiatives.
  • Measure product outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
