Senior Product Manager/ Product Lead | B2C FinTech | Consumer Remittance | £80-100k + Benefits | London/ Birmingham (Hybrid)
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Senior Product Manager/ Product Lead to join a growing B2C FinTech business, developing digital solutions for international money transfers.
Salary: £80-100k + benefits
Location: London OR Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days a week)

The Senior Product Manager/ Product Lead will own and evolve the digital money transfer mobile and web platform, working across product strategy, customer experience, new functionality, and third-party payment integrations.

The Senior Product Manager/Product Lead will:
- Own the product roadmap, evolving features based on customer & commercial needs
- Improve the end-to-end digital experience across onboarding, verification, transfers, tracking, and customer support
- Work with Engineering to deliver new payment capabilities, integrations, and platform improvements
- Work effectively with Compliance, Operations, and commercial teams to launch products safely and effectively
- Identify opportunities for AI to improve customer experience and efficiency

The Senior Product Manager/Product Lead must have:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience within FinTech specifically consumer remittance, international money transfer, or a closely comparable cross-border payments business
- Experience delivering customer-facing web and mobile financial products
- Strong understanding of payment APIs and third-party integrations
