The Role
Job Title: [Scrum Master & Product Owner]
This role partners closely with Engineering to translate product strategy into actionable plans and successful delivery across multiple teams. It involves:
- Deep collaboration with stakeholders to prioritise projects, analyse trade-offs, and maintain a clear, prioritised backlog
- Facilitating project kick-offs, ensuring engineering documentation aligns with requirements, and monitoring telemetry to inform recommendations
- With strong organisational awareness, they track progress, identify blockers, escalate issues, and help shape product strategy
- Maintaining trusted relationships across engineering leadership
This role can be based in our London, Bath, or Manchester offices, but candidates will enjoy hybrid and flexible working options.
Day to Day: Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback, gather, and prioritise product requirements
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure roadmap execution, building alignment and support for key initiatives across technical and business stakeholders
- Use analytics and user research to measure the success of feature releases and inform future development decisions
- Collaborate with Marketing to create effective go-to-market strategies and materials
- Support sales efforts through product knowledge and participation in customer discussions
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to help build and deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS setting
- Exceptional communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate what is being built and why, and engage effectively with all relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of successful decision-making and product/feature launches
- Experience designing and implementing a product management process and using that process to develop products/features from ideation to delivery across cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritise changing needs effectively
- Good data analysis skills, gathering meaningful insights from service analytics and stakeholders
- A strong understanding of software development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience leveraging modern product management platforms and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and execution
