Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product design and user experience for our Institutional Financial Platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product journey for global institutional clients across core financial services—including Institutional Lending, OTC Trading, and Portfolio & Risk Workflows.

You will focus on translating complex financial logic into intuitive, secure, and enterprise-grade user experiences, bridging Web2/Web3 financial operations with best-in-class institutional usability.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Financial Products (Lending, OTC & Financing)

  • Institutional Lending & Credit: Own the product lifecycle for institutional financing, including margin lending, collateral management, LTV monitoring, and interest rate workflows.
  • OTC & Workflow Automation: Design efficient OTC/RFQ trading workflows, client quote interfaces, and post-trade confirmation processes for institutional counterparties.
  • Risk & Exposure Controls: Work with risk teams to define balance controls, alerts, and user-facing risk dashboards that give clients real-time visibility into their positions and collateral status.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
