Senior Product Manager – B2C Retail
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £90,000
We are working with an established, profitable business in the travel and experiences space that is making a significant strategic shift. Having built a strong presence serving enterprise clients for over two decades, they are now investing heavily in building a direct to consumer proposition for the first time.
As Senior Product Manager for Retail, you will own the strategy, vision and delivery of this new consumer offering, helping customers discover, access and derive value from a broad range of travel and lifestyle experiences, with opportunities to cross sell ancillary services throughout the journey.
This is a genuinely rare opportunity. The business already has the scale, the inventory and the commercial relationships to make this work. What they need now is the right PM to build the consumer layer on top of it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
