Senior Product Marketing & Channel Growth Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing & Channel Growth Manager to join a well-established international technology and manufacturing business, playing a pivotal role in driving product positioning, sales enablement and channel growth across global markets.

This is a highly commercial, product-focused marketing role. You will work closely with sales teams, channel partners and product leadership to translate technical product capabilities into compelling market messaging, dealer engagement strategies and sales tools that support growth across existing and emerging sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions across a portfolio of technical products
  • Create sales enablement tools including battlecards, presentations, launch materials, case studies and sector-specific collateral
  • Drive dealer and distributor communications to strengthen channel engagement and support sales growth
  • Lead competitive intelligence activities, monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to improve positioning and win rates
  • Support expansion into new sectors and international markets through targeted campaigns, market entry materials and commercial propositions
  • Plan and deliver exhibitions, trade shows and industry events, maximising lead generation and return on investment
  • Manage strategic product launch activities, including go-to-market planning, messaging and channel communications
  • Build relationships with industry trade publications and develop PR opportunities, thought leadership content and product announcements
  • Develop digital marketing and LinkedIn activity focused on generating commercial opportunities and supporting sales objectives

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Significant experience within Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Commercial Product Management or Sales Enablement
  • Demonstrable success marketing technical, engineered, electronic or industrial products within a B2B environment
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into compelling customer messaging and commercial value propositions
  • Experience supporting dealer, distributor or channel-led sales models
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning and market intelligence
  • Experience planning and executing exhibitions, events and product launches
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially focused with a proven ability to support sales growth and market expansion initiatives
  • Experience within manufacturing, technology, electronics, communications equipment, industrial products or similar technical sectors would be highly advantageous

The role is approximately 75% focused on product positioning, sales enablement, dealer communications, competitive intelligence and channel growth, with the remaining 25% centred around brand visibility, PR, digital marketing and social media activity.

This position is offered on a hybrid basis following successful completion of probation, with a typical arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home. Applicants should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
