Apadmi, the UK’s leading mobile tech hub, is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive to join our team.

We’re on the hunt for a creative, adaptable marketer who can juggle multiple campaigns effortlessly, present to senior stakeholders with confidence, and make a real impact across our client portfolio. Based out of our Salford Quays tech hub with a flexible hybrid setup, you’ll join an ambitious Product Marketing team. Together, we optimise app store listings to boost visibility and drive conversions for several major international brands - spanning retail, hospitality, health, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive who is ready to take day-to-day ownership of client accounts and act as a true champion for the end user.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between user insights, internal design and tech teams, and senior client stakeholders. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings creative and analytical flair, and is excited to make a direct impact on big brands.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Client Ownership & Account Growth: Take day-to-day responsibility for at least 2 live client accounts, driving overall client satisfaction and aligning product marketing performance directly with client business goals.
  • App Store Optimisation (ASO): Optimise app store listings to improve visibility and conversion - conducting keyword research, writing copy, executing metadata updates and creating visual assets. As well as, testing creatives and copy, turning insights into action.
  • Community Management & Insights: Monitor app ratings and reviews to extract actionable insights. Create on-brand responses, escalate technical issues to development teams, and champion user feedback directly into client product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product updates and launches, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
  • Copywriting: Draft well-written optimised copy for product pages, and App Store/Google Play editorial feature requests to gain promotional placements.
  • App Store & Play Store Launches: Drive app launches with best-in-class product pages across App Store Connect and Google Play Console. Collaborate with internal and external teams, writing copy, setting design briefs, providing feedback, and creating assets.
  • Pitching & Commercial Support: Support pitches to new and existing clients to champion the value of Apadmi’s Product Marketing services and proactively identify new opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Reporting & Data Literacy: Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Utilising mobile analytics tools (AppFollow, AppTweak, App Store Connect, Google Play Console) to turn data into actionable growth strategies, sharing performance insights and recommendations directly with senior client stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
