Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) Regional Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of our Product, Marketing and Sales organisations in EMEA & LATAM. As LinkedIn brings agentic AI to our product suite, this team makes sure our products are ready for, and win in, the region's diverse markets. We test and validate new products in-market and in-language ahead of launch, bring regional customer and field insight directly into global roadmap decisions, and lead go-to-market across our Hiring and Learning Solutions. That includes localised narratives and positioning, competitive intelligence, product presence at our flagship events, and enablement for our field sales and customer success teams. We work AI-first, building and using agents and automation to scale our impact across the region.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own how the region shapes and showcases our products. You'll lead our regional roadmap influence process, turning field and customer insight into prioritised recommendations. You'll also localise and land our flagship narratives across markets, and lead product presence at our largest events. It's a highly visible role with real influence on what LinkedIn builds and how it reaches customers across a region of many languages and markets, working closely with senior leaders at both global and regional level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
