Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

The role
Product Marketing at Dojo sits right at the intersection of our customers, our product, and our commercial teams. Following rapid expansion from the UK into Ireland, Spain, and Italy—with even more European markets ahead—we are accelerating our international growth.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing across our International business. In this high-impact role, you will have broad ownership across international strategy, customer insights, and go-to-market execution, collaborating with country General Managers, Product, and Commercial leaders to launch and scale products that empower businesses. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Dojo’s global footprint.
What You Will Do...
- Drive the international go-to-market strategy, leading new market entries and accelerating growth across existing European territories in close partnership with country GMs and commercial teams.
- Define international ICPs, segmentation, and market prioritisation while developing localised positioning and messaging that resonate with customers and align with the Dojo brand.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to translate customer, competitor, and market insights into impactful roadmap priorities and business cases.
- Develop and refine scalable International GTM playbooks and frameworks to streamline expansion into future markets.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and local teams to deliver effective product launches and drive high adoption across all target markets.
- Lead customer research and competitive intelligence, measuring launch performance and using data to continuously optimise commercial impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
