Multiverse

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

Billions have gone into enterprise AI. Most of it isn't working — organisations still can't turn model capability into measurable business impact. That's not a training problem or a slide-deck problem. It's a hard, unsolved technical challenge: building the systems that translate what AI can do into how work actually gets done inside real organisations, at scale, with proof it's working. That's the problem Multiverse exists to solve, and it's the one this role exists to sell.

Multiverse is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth across both sides of our marketplace: attracting industry-leading enterprise partners and shaping a best-in-class platform experience for our learners.

About the role

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product, feature, and narrative launches, effectively guiding cross-functional teams toward common goals.
  • Craft sales narratives and enable teams by generating launch excitement and providing compelling assets. You will build segment-focused sales playbooks and establish feedback loops between sales and product to enhance offerings.
  • Create compelling, structured messaging and positioning statements that highlight product benefits and resonate with your audience. You will also organise internal communications to ensure company-wide alignment.
  • Establish success metrics and analyse product performance, reporting to key stakeholders and using data to refine messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Own competitive landscape analysis, becoming an expert on market trends to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align teams, deliver effective launches, and maintain trust with high-expectation stakeholders.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in product and commercial decisions via research, feedback, and market analysis, collaborating with external research partners when useful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
