Senior Product Marketing Manager

Location: Flexible (predominantly within offices or hybrid-working locations) Base salary range: £89,040 – £133,560 (Note: initial offers typically fall between minimum and mid-point, adjusted by performance and market data.)


About the Role

You’ll join our Bank Payments Network Group (BPNG), leading efforts to grow GoCardless’s self-serve SMB customer base. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own this segment end-to-end—from deep customer insights to product strategy, driving critical metrics: activation, adoption, and revenue.

Your work will align closely with the Global Growth Group, supporting our strategic goals through:

  • Collaborating with product managers to bridge technical complexities and commercial narratives for sales and customer success.
  • Translating data and customer feedback into product/strategic direction.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional campaigns—product, commercial, sales, customer success, and marketing—to scale impactful outcomes.

  • Adoption outcomes, not just campaigns – Focuses on ROI not just delivery, while leveraging metrics to continuously refine impact.
