About the Role

At Bitrise, we're transforming how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers worldwide. As we scale, we're building the growth function inside product marketing.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Bitrise, you will build, drive, and iterate on the go-to-market strategy and execution for a core area of our Mobile DevOps Platform. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute product launches, develop positioning and messaging that drives pipeline, and create sales enablement that moves deals forward across the customer lifecycle.

Compensation

£70,000-£90,000

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in product marketing for developer tools
  • Deep understanding of how to market complex technical products to technical buyers
  • Proven core PMM skills: ICP, competitive intelligence, GTMs, and launch
  • Understanding of mobile app development tools and processes
  • Strong track record launching new features and products with measurable outcomes
  • Technical credibility: comfortable engaging with engineers
  • Experience with self-serve or PLG motions for developer products
  • Comfortable pulling insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data
  • Experience running lifecycle marketing campaigns that moved users through a self-serve funnel
  • Self-starter who owns initiatives end to end

What Would Really Knock Our Socks Off

  • Technical background or past developer experience: written code, configured CI pipelines, or worked hands-on with developer infrastructure
  • Experience with CI/CD, build systems, or mobile DevOps as a practitioner or marketer
  • Familiarity with Gradle, Bazel, Xcode, or React Native ecosystems

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GTM for a focused set of products, hands-on from strategy to execution
  • Run cross-sell campaigns into the existing customer base
  • Optimise onboarding to improve activation and conversion from free to paid
  • Run PLG and top-of-funnel experiments to identify new growth levers
  • Develop sales enablement that supports the commercial pipeline across direct and self-serve channels
  • Support pipeline generation at developer events and conferences
  • Conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights to drive GTM strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to build and execute GTM plans
