Senior Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and own how our new products, features and services are positioned, priced and launched.

This is an exciting time to be joining one of the UK’s fastest growing GLP-1 clinical weight loss providers as we evolve our service proposition and shape a healthier and happier future for our patients.

You'll turn patient and market insight into propositions and service features that patients want, build the go-to-market plan and lead it to launch. Then you'll stay with it: tracking uptake, optimising pricing and positioning, and making sure every launch keeps earning its place once it's live. You'll also play a pivotal role in shaping how we position Phlo's overall patient healthcare offering across our brands.

You'll also work closely with Product, Clinical, CRM and Commercial teams to make sure everything we take to market is commercially sound, clinically governed and compliant with the regulatory frameworks we operate within. This is a senior individual-contributor role. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in turning patient research, behavioural data and competitor intelligence into clear positioning and propositions patients need to support them on their long term health journey with real ownership. You won't be executing someone else's plan; you'll be building the positioning, the commercial case and the launch, repeatedly, as the service evolves.

The Job

  • Own the messaging framework for each new product, feature or service, keeping it consistent across web, CRM, paid media and patient communications
  • Define the mechanics that drive retention and long-term engagement, from plan structures to loyalty and rewards
  • Keep a close eye on the competitor landscape, spotting gaps and opportunities worth building a case for

Go-to-market and launch

  • Build and lead the go-to-market strategy for each launch: positioning, sequencing, channel plan and success metrics across brands
  • Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing so existing patients transition smoothly and new patients are onboarded correctly
  • Brief and train Clinical, PR and Patient Care Team stakeholders ahead of each launch
  • Work with Product and Clinical to make sure every launch is deliverable within regulatory and clinical governance constraints

Commercial ownership

  • Own the commercial case for each launch: pricing logic, CAC:LTV impact, revenue and margin modelling
  • Run cost-benefit analysis on new features and service structures to protect unit economics while improving retention and LTV
  • Own post-launch performance, optimising pricing, positioning and uptake based on real patient behaviour, and reporting impact against company KPIs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Act as the connector between Marketing, Product, Clinical and Engineering, translating each launch into a plan every function can build against
  • Bring senior stakeholders along with the model and the strategy, using evidence over instinct

The Person

Ideally, we're looking for someone with the following:

  • Proven product marketing experience in a D2C, healthtech, subscription or regulated consumer environment
  • A track record of launching products or features end to end, from positioning through to channel and launch execution, ideally more than once
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills, grounded in customer insight and competitive intelligence
  • Comfortable owning a launch beyond go-live, with a track record of optimising pricing, positioning or uptake based on live data
  • Strong commercial acumen: comfortable building pricing models, CAC:LTV, a strong understanding of unit economics and retention mechanics and ability to commercially model impact/ success or testing frameworks that drive revenue for the business.
  • Data-driven by default: you pull and interrogate data and let results shape the plan
  • A solid understanding of retention, lifecycle and loyalty mechanics, and how they change behaviour rather than just perceived value
  • An effective cross-functional communicator with Product, Clinical and Engineering, without needing formal authority
  • Someone who likes to move quickly and build/ test/ learn and iterate. An enthusiasm for understanding patient needs and how we take that and build it into a first-class digital healthcare service for the future
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows, whether stress-testing a model or moving faster from insight to execution
  • Familiarity with healthcare advertising regulation (ASA/CAP, MHRA) is a bonus, but not essential

The Perks

And in joining Phlo, you'll receive a competitive package designed to support your wellbeing, development and success, including:

  • Salary between £53,000 and £62,000 depending on experience
  • Opportunity to work with a Modern Data Stack and evolve analytics with AI capabilities
  • Regular collaboration with other teams in the business (marketing, commercial, finance, product, engineering, operations and clinical) to shape and enhance our services
