About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Employee Share Plans Product team, responsible for ensuring our global product portfolio is clearly positioned, effectively communicated and ready for market. The role will translate product strategy and capabilities into compelling propositions for clients, participants and internal teams, while shaping targeted go-to-market and adoption activity where this will deliver the greatest impact.
Sitting within the Product team, the role will report to the Head of Product Innovation and work in close partnership with the Global Head of Strategic Marketing through a dotted-line relationship. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the Employee Share Plans Product team, partnering closely with Product Managers and Regional Marketing Managers to position products, support market readiness and drive adoption of new and existing capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing Delivery, Sales (Front Office) and regional teams across North America, EMEA and APAC, helping to translate product strategy into effective market propositions and commercial outcomes.
This newly created global role operates across multiple time zones and requires strong collaboration across functions, regions and stakeholder groups. You will work in a complex environment with strict regulatory, client and commercial expectations, helping to ensure that products are positioned effectively, supported by the right market activity and optimised throughout their lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
